Boy were we nervous about the rain for Chad and Andrea’s big day!! We tried not to stay glued to weather.com, but it didn’t look good. But thankfully the rain held off … all the way until the Reception!!
They are adorable together. I love the way he watched her…it was obvious that they adore each other! And they worked so hard on such a beautiful wedding…wait until you see all of the fabulous details they worked so hard on pulling together.
Quarry Hill Farms was the perfect venue for them…it reminded me of a beautiful Lancaster, PA farm, but much closer to home!
Thank you so much, Chad and Andrea, for inviting us to spend the day celebrating with you – we had a blast!!!

Oh! I almost forgot…be sure to check out the bottom of this post…I asked them a few questions about each other and their special day…very sweet!
Beauuuuutiful dress, Andrea!

oh my gosh…watching Chad’s reaction to Andrea coming down the isle nearly made me fog up my camera’s viewfinder.
…and you can see why!
After the ceremony, we all headed to Heckler Plains Park for some photos. Just a little side note…Heckler is the home of the second oldest barn in Pennsylvania.
you’ll have to ask Chad about the dinosaur…funny story!
see how he looks at her <3
you’re so beautiful and happy, Andrea!

Charming, Selfless, Witty, Sensitive & Handsome ;)
Chad, what are 5 words that describe Andrea?
Passionate, Laughter, Impulsiv,. Loving, Family
Andrea, what was the most memorable part of your big day?
Seeing Chad well up as I walked down aisle with my dad. We had a few obstacles/hit a few road bumps in the wedding planning process and at that moment it finally hit us that this was “really happening”, that all the hard work we put into planning and creating the wedding we wanted paid off!
Chad, what was the most memorable part of your big day?
Finally seeing her in the dress that she claimed was the worst dress ever. I was more than happy to tell her that she was so wrong.
Andrea’s advice to future brides:
I heard this many times and didn’t take it into account until it was too late:
“Enjoy every moment of your engagement and try not to get caught up in the planning process.”
As a “DIY” bride I was so overwhelmed and stressed that everything needed to be perfect! In the end, of course, everything turned out just as we planned but, leading up to it I was kind of a nightmare. If people offer help, TAKE IT! In addition, even after everything comes together and it was not your version of perfect, no one will really know anyway as you were the only one who had that specific vision in your mind.
Chad’s advice to future grooms:
Planning a wedding is stressful and it causes both of you to display your best and worst qualities. Just remember that, at the end of the day, everything will be great as long as you remember to “be excellent to each other.”
